I was in the Anchor in Hazel Grove about two months ago. My first pint served by the Landlord was full to the brim; the second pint served by a woman behind the bar was well down. When I asked for a top-up she splodged a little more in while making some snide comment which included something to do with the drip tray. When I left at 11pm there were only about two customers left while the other pubs in The Grove were bouncing. This might tell you something; will it be the next one to close?

I am a regular in the admirable Grapes. All the favorable comments in Opening Times are true, and more! George and Elaine are an asset to Hazel Grove. Well kept and well presented beer and excellent hosts.
Colin Judgenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2542521298906723397.post-32127769214946520172012-05-01T14:18:01.343+01:002012-05-01T14:18:01.343+01:00The lined glass exists for drinkers of HeinekenThe lined glass exists for drinkers of HeinekenCooking Lagerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02830924433230427226noreply@blogger.com
